Application requirements (all formats should be in .pdf or .jpeg):

• High School Senior or College Students can apply
• Applicant Photo
• Unofficial College Transcripts or Senior Year of High School Transcripts if applicable
• Personal Letter
• Letter of reference from Educational Institution
• Letter of reference from Industry/Professional

Scholarship awards can range from $500 - $2,000 per academic year.
